The Answers You Need
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We are a local business and cover all SL postcodes plus some TW, UB, HP, WD, RG and GU areas. If your postcode is not listed but close enough, feel free to contact us.
WHEN AND WHERE DO YOU TAKE THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS?
We normally take them on training or matchdays at your home ground. We can also come to an away match.
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY?
We may need to reschedule if the weather is against us.
WHAT IF I ONLY WANT THE TEAM PACKAGE?
That is absoultely is fine. On the day of the shoot, we capture media to cover both Team and Individual Player packages. So players/ their families/ the club can decide at a later date if they want to buy any of the Individual Player packages.
CAN YOU CREATE A SIMILAR MEDIA PACKAGE FOR DIFFERENT SPORTS?
Absolutely. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
WHAT IF THE WHOLE TEAM ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT?
If for any reason, one of your players whose picture/ video you want included is not available on the day, we can include their name only in the team list. Alternatively, we can arrange another day to capture the missing player(s). This would incur additional costs.
DO YOU CAPTURE ALL PLAYERS OR JUST THE FIRST TEAM?
We can do both. But it is preferable to do the whole team so no one feels left out.
